BACKGROUND
- 1999 - OOO "International Cargo Control" establishment
- 2000 - entering into the first pledged assets management agreement with OAO «MDM Bank»
- 2001 - establishment of ZAO «Baltic Control Vostok» (now ÎÎO "BKV")
- 2001 - a license for valuation activity for OOO "International Cargo Control" obtained
- 2001 - appraiser’s professional responsibility insured in the OSAO "Ingosstrakh"
- 2001 - first contracts for valuation of pledged assets in NTMC concluded
- 2002 - pledged assets management contracted for with ZAO «Raiffaizenbank Austria» and with five other large Russian banks
- 2003 - accreditations obtained and contracts with 7 large Russian and foreign banks, including OAO "Gazprombank" made
- 2004 - number of employees has reached 20
- 2005 - a branch office in Voronezh opened
- 2005 - a branch office in St.-Petersburg opened
- 2005 - contracts for professional surveyor responsibility insurance made with support from the Joint Stock Company «MARSH - insurance brokers» with the liability limit of 500 000 USD
- 2006 - contracts for professional surveyor responsibility insurance renewed with support from the Joint Stock Company «MARSH - insurance brokers» with the liability limit of 3 000 000 USD for ZAO "BKV" and with the liability limit of 500 000 USD for OOO "International Cargo Control"
- 2006 - number of employees amounts 25
- 2006 - a new business line formed, i.e. building audit of projects (technical due diligence)
- 2006 - a first contract for building audit and project monitoring made
- 2007 - "International Cargo Control Ukraine" LLC establishment
- 2007 - establishment of ZAO «BCVG» as a holding company
- 2007 - transition to the uniform «BCVG» brand
- 2008 - based on 2007 results pledged products under BCVG control are aggregate valued for over 3 billion USD, exclusive building projects
- 2008 - the number of civil-engineering projects under BCVG control has exceeded 10, with geography from Moscow and the central part of Russia to Khanty-Mansiysk and Novosibirsk
- 2009 - BCVG group has joined the Association of Russian Banks
